CM&R CLAIM FORM SERVICES

CM&R has access to notices and claim forms for all current settlements. In complex class actions, there are often multiple claim forms covering the same case. In most instances, claimants need to complete each of these multiple claim forms to ensure that they are not leaving any of their money on the table. CM&R alerts our clients to all new settlements to which they may have claims. Once CM&R has helped you to identify those settlements from which you are entitled money, CM&R works hard to maximize your cash recovery.
 

 • Among other things CM&R does for you:

• CM&R will help you understand settlement definitions and markets as needed
  in conjunction with any and all purchases to determine each purchase upon
  which you may assert a claim.

• We review all of your class period purchase documentation- whether such
  purchases are recorded in electronic or paper form.

• We calculate totals and complete all claim forms for you.

• We then transmit your completed claim forms directly to the claims
  administrator via e-mail and hard copy.

• CM&R also strives to help clients who have missed claim deadlines, and in
  many cases, will be able to submit claims and recover money where
  deadlines have been missed.

• Once the claim form is in the hands of the claims administrator, we continue
  to serve you by communicating with the claims administrator regularly to
  insure that all goes smoothly with respect to your claim.

• We are an advocate for you - pushing to maximize the amount of money you
  will recover. We fight to make sure you recover every dollar you are
  entitled to.

• We also provide you with updates and inform you of when you can anticipate
  getting your money.
